A universal rocking machine drive with a special gear engagement has been developed ( Extraction and processing of raw materials )

A universal rocking machine drive has been developed based on a single-stage gearbox with a special gear engagement, replacing several types of (6) two-stage and three-stage gearboxes:
- Ц2НШ-450-28(U=39,93)
- Ц2НШ-450-40(37,18)
- Ц2НШ-560-56(40,29)
- Ц3НШ-450-28 (U=40; 63; 90; 125)
- Ц3НШ-450-40 (U=40; 63; 90; 125)
- Ц3НШ-560-56 (U=40; 63; 90; 125)

The developed gearbox is made in a welded housing with mounting holes in the base for different types of gearboxes. The output revolutions of the rocking machine drive provide from 1.3 to 12 swings per minute. This is achieved: choosing an electric motor of different power (7,5, 11, 15, 22, 37, 45, 75 kW) and revolutions (750, 1000, 1500, 3000 rpm), as well as changing the diameter of the pulley on the motor shaft (200 and 320 mm).
