A pump with internal EC engagement has been developed
A test bench has been developed to determine the technical parameters of the pump with internal EC engagement.
The use of EC gearing allows:
- use a pump for pumping less viscous liquids;
- increase the service life of the pump when pumping abrasive liquids.
Technical specifications:
1. Engine power N=2.2x2 kW;
2. Rated rotation speed n=1500 rpm;
3. Nominal flow rate Q=4.1 m3/h;
4. Nominal pressure P=70 atm;
5. Consumption per revolution V = 0.066l/rev.
6. Rolling bearings and ceramic mechanical seals are used in the pump design.
